I want to create a supportive community in which we can strive for the best we can do with what we have. A place we can share what we know and what we’ve tried. Talk about the books we’ve read and the trends we’ve observed (both good & not so good).

I have worked in Childrens Ministry for over 6 years in a paid role, and a few years before that in a variety of unpaid roles. I am no one special and have done nothing amazing. I have just tried to be authentic, honest and given it my all.
